The Okayama Prefectural International Exchange Foundation (OPIEF) offers free Japanese language lessons for residents in Okayama Prefecture. Classes are held in person at the OPIEF Language Room (6th floor) and are taught by volunteer instructors. Multiple class times are available from Tuesday to Saturday, covering beginner to intermediate levels. A one-time membership fee of 2,000 yen is required to attend.
